Weddings & FunctionsThe Willows Events Centre offers two informal venues for weddings accommodating up to 300 guests. Our facilities and services include secure parking, 3-star accommodation, and a fully licensed bar. Our Events Centre is also completely wheelchair accessible with a disabled ablution facility.
Included in our Venue Hire costs:

Venues & Capacities
Main Hall - R7,000
Dance floor with 25 ten-seater round tables = 250 pax
No dance floor with 30 ten-seater round tables = 300 pax
Function Room & Lapa – R4,500
Includes: PA System with a Microphone
Dance floor with 8 ten-seater round tables and a rectangular main table of 9 = 89 pax
No dance floor with 12 ten-seater round tables and a rectangular main table of 9 = 129 pax
Wedding ceremony = 160 pax
Beach Wedding Ceremony – R3,000
Our ideal location enables you to have your beach ceremony only a few steps away from the reception venue. Should the weather not permit an outdoor wedding ceremony, the following applies: (1) You may move the ceremony to the reception venue at no extra charge, but the reception venue setup will remain unchanged OR (2) You may reserve the other venue at a cost of R1,500 and move the wedding ceremony to that venue with the setup being the same as the beach wedding ceremony. The cost of the Beach Wedding Ceremony is however non-refundable.
