RETURN GUEST DISCOUNT

We reward return guests by giving them a percentage discount depending on how often they return. This is calculated depending on the period between the last departure and new arrival as follows:
14 days = 30%
1 month = 25%
2 months = 20%
3 months = 15%
4 months = 10%

LONG STAY DISCOUNT

Continuous stay periods of 10 days and more will qualify for long stay discounts as per the following scale:
10 - 14 days = 10%
15 - 19 days = 15%
20 - 24 days = 20%
25 - 29 days = 25%
30 days or more = 30%

GROUP DISCOUNT

A percentage discount can be given to groups depending on the number of units they book. The following structure is in place: (These rates apply for units at Gate 2 (The Willows), Gate 4 (Willow Grove) and caravan sites)
20 - 29 units = 10%
30 - 39 units = 15%
40 - 49 units = 20%
50 - 59 units = 25%
60 units or more = 30%

PENSIONERS DISCOUNT

Pensioners get 10% discount for units and 50% discount for camping sites. For two people, at least one must be a pensioner. For more than two people, all the guests must be pensioners to qualify for this discount. Pensioner cards or ID documents must be presented on arrival.


Terms & Conditions

• Discounts must be arranged and can only be processed PRIOR to or ON arrival. Guests that extend stays cannot claim discounts without prior approval from the Resort Manager.
• NB: Discounts are only applicable during out of season periods.
• No discount offers can be used in conjunction with one another. Whichever one gives the most discount will be the offer applicable.
