FULL DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE (8AM - 5PM) 

We supply the Standard Conference and venue requirements with 3 different menu options.

• A Coffee/Tea Station will be available for self service for the duration of the day.

• Tables & Chairs will be set up according to your seating requirements.

• Refreshments on the tables. (Water, cordial,  mints)

• Standard Conference Equipment – Data Projector, White Screen, Lapel Microphone, Flipchart & Pens.

 Option 1 - Biscuits will be served during mid-morning and afternoon tea breaks. A Light Lunch will be served.

• Bar Snacks at the Cash Bar from 18h00.

• “Braai” Dinner with a selection of salads, side dishes and breads.
