Conference Venues

The Willows Conference Centre offers three informal venues for groups ranging from 12 to 600 delegates.  Our facilities and services include a full range of teambuilding activities, secure parking, 3-star accommodation, an on-site shop, and a fully licensed bar.  Our Conference Centre is also completely wheelchair accessible with a disabled ablution facility.

Seating Styles

Venues

Main Hall
Larger conferences are accommodated in the Main Hall.  A data projector and 2 large wall mounted pull-down screens are included with this venue.
Seating styles and capacities are as follows:

  • Banqueting Style (with 30 ten-seater round tables) = 300 pax
  • U-Shape = 100 pax / Double U-Shape = 120 pax
  • Theatre Style = 600 pax
  • Classroom Style = 280 pax

Function Room
This venue extends onto a veranda overlooking the ocean.  The space can be divided into 3 smaller breakaway rooms by sound proof glass partitioning which can be completely folded away.   A PA System with a Microphone, a data projector, and a screen are included with this venue. 
Seating styles and capacities are as follows:

  • Banqueting Style (with 9 ten-seater round tables) = 90 pax
  • U-Shape = 60 pax
  • Theatre Style = 160 pax
  • Classroom Style = 80 pax

Boardroom
This venue has a 12 seater boardroom table with a Wide Screen TV mounted on the wall.
Seating styles and capacities are as follows:

  • Boardroom Style = 12 pax
  • Classroom Style = 24 pax


Willows Equipment Hire

  • PA System with a Microphone – Price on Request
  • DVD Player – R200 per day
  • Extension Cords – R40 per day

Optional Extras

  • Break-away rooms may be reserved at an additional cost - please enquire
  • Teambuilding activities are available on request - please contact us for more information

Payment & Prices

PLEASE NOTE: The Willows Resort reserves the right to change prices without notice should there be any unforeseen increases

Payment methods include: Cash, E.F.T., and Debit/Credit Cards (We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Club)

All payments are non-refundable

A 10% holding deposit is payable within 7 days of making a booking

A payment of 40% is due 30 days prior to the event

The final payment of 50% is due 7 days prior to the event
